A free software cross-platform tracker for creating '[[Commodore 64] music (which are using MOS Technology 6581 and 8580 '[[SID] chips).

It is written by Lasse Öörni and uses the SDL library, thus making it portable.

GoatTracker shares several features with other tracker software, including:

- import and modification of instrument files
- track/pattern creation and modification
- pattern playback order
- alteration of song details such as title and author
- song playback and export to the sid (psid) format
