So now I'm very concerned about the rate at which I deliver bug fixes and features. I have no idea what I'm doing on patreon, but it's not setup on a monthly basis, rather a piece-work system.

I'm also considering making rewards for me posting videos on youtube and music on soundcloud as b-knox.

Like if I managed to knock out 10 features in 2 weeks that could really dig into peoples' pockets. Kind of a double sided sword here, motivated by the prospects but I don't want to scare people off either.

if youre worried ppl dont know what theyre letting themselves in for money wise, you could always release some kind of schedule for features - like, how many you hope to do within a particular timeframe or whatevs.

that way, people can keep tabs on how much they have donated so far, and opt out after a certain point if they wish to.

also... option to donate towards custom user majors - - is that making a comeback?? :)

honestly, +1 for monthly cycle, seriously. it solves the predictability problem in a clean way, and we would always feel like we're helping

yeah, like goto said, you could add custom majors as a monthly reward tier. limit the teir to one or two so things dont get flooded.
