Impulse Tracker is a classic '[[DOS] '[[Tracker].  Written by Jeffrey Lim, the latest release was v2.14 Patch #5 on April 8, 1999.  Its interface was inspired much by '[[Scream Tracker 3] and is a competitor for the other DOS tracker favorite '[[Fast Tracker II].
