I'm traveling for work, so I'm gonna be pretty busy during the week, but - I'll be there Monday the 3rd through Sunday the 9th, generally staying right over by McCarren Park in Williamsburg - and I'll have some sporadic windows of time where I'd be super down to meet up with others who battle the bits. ⚔

if you care at all for keyboards you'll wanna go check out main drag music by the williamsburg bridge. They're pretty cool about letting you play stuff for two hours without buying anything; ask me how I know. The musical instrument wing of the met is also absolutely bonkers

But it is a rare opportunity to get to freely compare eras/models of wurlis. They also have an early (like single digit) mini made by Bob Moog himself. There's also Retrofret if you're a guitar guy but they DO care if you play stuff for 2 hours without buying anything. All the other music attractions are overrated AF IMO other than El Barrio Music Center in Spanish Harlem specializing in Puerto Rican cassettes (which they play on the sidewalk at a literally shocking, unbelievable volume)
