the .it pack seems a bit borked? some of the samples are missing or missing-ish

The .it sample pack and .wav/.its pack have at least one unique sample each (wav pack also has a duplicate sample).

single tone.wav is only found in the wav pack, while an unnamed sample is only found in the .it pack.

The reason why I mention this is because I actually used that sample in my WIP entry.
