(EXCUSE OUR MESS. IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING TO THE LYCEUM.)
What's "Batbia"? It's a phonetic, simple, conlang based on English, Finnish, and Japanese structures made to evolve quickly and to be as simple as possible.
Gengar, myself and those in IRC right now are making the framework for the language to be used in song, lyrics, and to build ourselves as an internet nationstate.
Batbia is pronounced phonetically as if you understand Latin consonants and vowels.
Consonants:
b d f g h j k l m n p r s t v z
Vowels:
a e i o u
Vowels are pronounced: a = ah, e = ay, i = ee, o =oh, and u = oo.
Each vowel possesses the beat and rhythm of the word. For example "aa" is prounounced "ah-ah" fluidly and quickly with two beats/syllables.
There is no gender, singular/plural, and no conjunctions. Sound a little strange? Japanese works out just fine without them.
Verbs are conjugated in the similar vein as English and Spanish.
Verbal conjugations are appended with suffixes that denote time.
-ed = Past
-e = Present
-il = Future
-ir = Infinitive
Pronouns:
i (first person) = ek
you (second person) = ul
they (third person) = da
Verb glossary:

to kiss = hamasir
