mind a taste of my first (mostly mixist allgear) release on bandcamp?

it's just fresh out of the oven

you can pretty much still feel the toasty heat radiating from the tape

it's a collection & collage of sketches, studies, aleatoric music & renders that've been lying around for a little over a year now and one day I noticed a few of them work quite well together & so on

so I thought this might be a good opportunity to practice
mastering, art stuff and *actually* releasing something for a change, not just endlessly fill the archive, y'know?

didn't want to lose myself in details here and actually finish this, so I barely touched the existing material and instead made one fresh track in renoise to tie everything together, which ended up... being a 7m longcat
not sure how well it ties everything together, however it was fun and it'll definitely do a little smash on that brain between your ears if you give it a chance! promise!

also... since I only had headphones and laptop speakers available for all of this it might also be some sort of experiment as well heh beware and reported bugs are appreciated~~

I'd like to file a bug report though, this album melted all my butter and it became a sentient butter creature. it's cute but kinda needy

Lovely! The first half of the album reminded me Radiohead's work on Kid A Mnesia but with a brighter tone (maybe this is just because I listen very often Radiohead music though ha ha)

I liked the (dnb ?) transition on track 6 yhuuri and how the songs became in a sense more animated before coming back to something more ambient and calm near the end of the album.

I think my favorite track was the last one, safe space :D
