How about adding a few features to the BotB radio?
(I think this has never been requested before!)

I'd really like to listen to it more often, because BotB is a big music archive and source of inspiration, but rn I find it slightly messy. I always end up listening to many things that don't really interest me

I'd like to be able to play, for example, only major entries, or only major entries that scored above 25, avoid specific formats like mario pants, etc..
Some kind of filter that has options similar to those in the browser!

Or to make it even simpler, just adding a button "Listen" to the Browser.


Another thing I've been thinking about (although it's a bit more elaborate to implement) would be the possibility to create playlists!
Each BotBr would be able to make playlists of his favorite tunes, or tunes of a specific genre, and share them with everyone (through their profile for example).

That would even solve the unfavoriting problem, imo.

what a great way to solve the botb economy crisis: charge for playlist creation.
i'd genuinely enjoy having this feature though. i'd enjoy it even more if one could shuffle a playlist.

This is a good idea, I think I've seen the playlist suggestion before though. Filters are always gud to have.

It's on the roadmap to integrate the API v1 into the current browser just so it can have a "Listen to the Playlist" button. This in turn could then be implemented into BotBr profile pages.

The custom BotBr playlists that costs boons has been an idea since about 2009.
