i wonder if ookla stores IP information with its reference IDs. ex: jintake (ID: 3796917459)

then if a snoopy government/hackcell wanted to purchase/steal information from their database they could gauge by the upstream to downstream ratio how fast/useful either sending exploits/viruses is and how fast they could download information from the machine; as well as use the machine as a bot on a botnet. ;X
