It is necessary to fill the form, which possible to download from a home page of a site.

LOL. robotalk sounds ultrabuggy with the player, use something else to listen that. and you left my 32kb module out (which was actually a 4kb track, since I'm a moron and didn't read the rules careful enough beforehand.. the 4kb category would have been for executable tracks only). no harm done, since it was the worst idea ever anyway:

my ZXP entry was an old ohc entry btw. Didn't have anything else half-decent finished by that time.
