I think it would be helpful (for n00bs especially) to have access to an article or a page on the site that goes over who the ACTIVE admins, site operators and IRC ops are, what the different icons look like and what they represent and entail, who the best people to contact are in times of need were just simply making a thread here or in the Bug Reports page wouldn't do or be proper, give links to their respective profiles and also provide a good way to contact them if they cannot be reached in IRC, or IRC does not help.
I think it should also be said that GENERAL QUESTIONS and trivial stuff should be asked in IRC, or by posting a thread in the n00b s0z forum.

I think most of the inactive admins have been purged. There was a time when a bunch of people got Admin status due to it being an "Being able to start OHC status", so those that got this legacy setting later on accidently got full admin status. I think most of these people have been reported to mr.puke7 though already and been taken care of. (I would assume?)

A proper list will be arranged shortly.

if you wanna prune me, i'm cool with that. botb is a super low priority in my life right now. i had fun with it with and without elevated privileges. not being able to spy on people, host compos, hush spambots, and close flamethreads is fine.
