Get your goggles on! :: BotB Academy

Winter (Chip) is coming. You do not want to leave your eyes unprotected against the harsh elements and circuitries.

I myself would love to make some music for Winter Chip. Battle of the Bits gets the biggest crowds from them!

pretty heinous of you to turn a funny thing xaimus started 6 years ago into a forced meme

I FORCE YOU TO SUBMIT.

Also, clearly nobody cares, except maybe Hues. I really just made this thread because I was happy he discovered the original image. I had been seeking it for weeks.

I was honestly always wondering what the fuck the goggles stood for, I thought it was some "in-crowd". Thanks for the lore of teh goggles. :D

:D :DD D:DDD:D:DD:D:DD

I don't really care, I just like how the goggles look, 's all.

And I don't think it's a forced meme if it's something that has been going on for 6 years now? (or at least something that hasn't changed in 6 years because people simply don't change their goggled avatars).

I think this joke is juuust a little past its shelf life. :)

i never got this joke in the first place

i assumed it was only for the residents of the botb old people's home

They look cool

the goggles
they do nothing

Especially since I'm in Florida. No winter cold shall reach me! </lies>

Let's put it this way... by making it more accessible, and encouraging everyone to do it in a way that takes away some of the volition needed to "go goggle", the six-year-long charm of goggle cat has been spoiled.

Since you are here now Soiled Bargains, maybe you can tell us the lore of why your profile is "80's night out" crazy (+1 to hijacking and derailment(even though I'm dead serious))

Tell ya what. Considering the fact that I've made some furby sprites, I'll just add on the blue goggles manually, pixel by pixel. The standard goggle image just won't do the trick: they don't fit as well with the furbies.

important bump. everyone, get your goggles on >:)
