This isn't a big deal more just like a quality of life thing:

I think it would be cool to know what battles are upcoming before they're open for submissions, just to be able to plan and see if the upcoming battles interest you or your battle desires.

If this were to happen i think it would be cool if it was just kind of month by month, or season by season, to see what kind of major battles are ahead. Usually we can depend on some of the big reccuring ones to be at the same time (winter chip, summer chip, spring trax etc) but what about the one-offs? All the recent ideas we pitched for Future Battles?

I know there are complications for this but I just bring it up to say "that would be cool" and MAYBE it's implemented to a certain extent.

Also, i think it would be fun to have more than 2-3 majors running at once... lmk if you agree!

this exists on the back end - we plan stuff out months in advance! but i don't much like the idea of spoiling people on what to expect? to say nothing of the fact that people would just start working in advance on whatever the thing is, potentially instead of working on what's already available in front of them. so i feel this would be bad for participation. i also think having more than 2-3 majors open at once is bad for participation, we would be stretched too thin. we already try to keep things really open during the big events that consume a lot of collective effort, like advent calendar or grandprix which have shorter entry periods
