Thanks for all the format suggestions. The schedule for AC22 has been finalized and is waiting for bitpacks now.

This is your chance! Send me bitpack ideas and/or samples via Discord PM at [kleeder#0056] or post them here in the thread.
Of course, only because you suggest bits or themes, it doesn't mean they will definitely appear in the major battle. But the more stuff i have to choose from the better it is.

Depending on my mood, i might also host a few sample OHBs in the next month to get some additional samples.

Deadline for sending me bitpacks is end of October.
I will then use November to finalize the whole battle and make sure everything fits and works smoothly before it starts on December 1st!

A recent topic of discussion has been the use of BotB music to train music-generating AI. The entry you submit to this battle might be your chance to make a tiny contribution to such an algorithm! Make a track you think would push the AI's learning in a direction you'd like.

At the far reaches of the galaxy, a sensor picks up something unusual. An object is flying towards Earth at a moderate speed, stopping at planets along the way. These planets were previously thought to have life. Could it be? Is it a Christmas miracle? Santa is real. And he's headed to Earth.

An addendum to the music generating AI idea:

How would the training data be quantised?
would it just be plain audio like mp3?
or would it be instructions, more akin to tracker files and midi?
