I think I've come up with an essential idea that needs immediate implementation:

When you click a tag on an entry page, there might be a check if the tag matches a lyceum article, and show the link to the article above the tracks list if applicable.

Wouldn't it be fabulous?

I agree, that could be just above all the results of that /tag/ search page, and if there's none, there could be some text saying "There is currently no Lyceum article for this tag! [link]Create one!"

not sure about incentivizing the creation of tag articles more than that, i guess it's best if articles exist because they're meaningful enough to spawn naturally :) also i doubt it's actually worth discussing :D, it should score fairly low in the priority list despite my effort in the first post :D

Maybe instead of tag articles you can have articles be tagged?

Well, I personnally like the idea, for existing articles. About Maxime idea, may the cost in boons and the level requierement protect us against articles like (name)core, "Wow" or "Summer"! But facilitate the creation of new lyceum article is also a good idea, imo.
Also, a different color on tag linked to an article would be cool, ergonomy wise :)

having no idea what the fuck an arpfest, kefcore or longcatislong is, is part of the unique botb experience. my personal opinion is that not everything needs and should be explained right away, but maybe im alone here.
