I was just trying to answer a question that dusthillguy asked me on Twitter for a THREE-YEAR OLD TWEET when I learned along my investigating that there's a new Famicompo Pico happening later this year

I literally had no idea that this was happening until it came time to answer a Twitter question that came out of nowhere, and no one's posted about it on here until now.

Anyways, entry period seems to be 12/31/2018 to 1/31/2019 at Midnight UTC, and they're doing physical cartridge submissions again (unsure if this was a thing for FCPico 3)

one thing I'm concerned about is covers, because of YouTubes content ID system, we need to have some restrictions on what songs people are allowed to cover to avoid any copyright strikes so that the stream doesn't get blocked.
