iOS doesn't have Arial Black as a system font, so the website looks a bit different on mobile. Loading the font as a Webfont would fix this!

For me on iOS the font is Times New Roman or something.

iPhone 5S user checking in, I am not seeing what is different.

EDIT: Ok now I see. The thread title and the BotB logo at the bottom are not the same.

ah ! i may have found a fix

adding the !important rule to the css font might work

otherwise adding 'Arial-BoldMT' works as well i believe (for a slightly less bold version that ios recognizes)

font-family: 'Arial Black', 'Arial-BoldMT', arial, sans-serif;

you should use the liberation fonts instead of arial and courier new

Also, Android defaulting to sans-serif indicates that it has no Arial Black too.

To quickly describe what fonts the site currently uses --
verdana (smallest type)
arial (medium type)
courier (monospace & logs)
trebuchet (larger non-bold type)
arial black (logo and large bold type)

While I'm open to experiment with something like the liberation font family, Arial Black is and will continue to be the font for the BotB logo (with the kerning very low). I would very much like to have things looking the same across devices and OSes. Like most people, however, I hate changes like this to sites I visit regularly that have been the same for an extended period.

So, at the very least, I will be attaching Arial Black.ttf to the CSS to fix this issue very soon.

On Firefox for iOS, the site pretty much looks to me as it does on desktop! It looks a bit different on Safari, but that's just because Safari sucks balls.

iOS Firefox is really nice imo
