Is this not-from-BotB piece of music considered a "wildchip" or not? What do you guys think?

This is a tri-daily thing that I'm thinking about doing (starting today) where I give a thing on the YouTubbs and ask y'all if the song I posted should be categorized as a "wildchip" song or a "not wildchip" song. Mostly doing this to pique my curiosity on what the concensus of this site thinks on what categories these songs fit in.

The question is "is it wildchip or not?" Checking both defeats the entire purpose.

imo the choices should then be "wildchip" and "not wildchip" because chiptune falls under the allgear radar as well

For the second one I'd day it begins as a wildchip piece, but after that feel sorta goes away, so I'd say it's not wildchip

It's made me notice something about my preferences for wildchip - since with the named formats its considered kinda 'out there' to try and make the sound almost completely other to the chip that it comes from, whereas with my wildchip preferences its almost the other way round, where you kind of want to notice that theres soundchip sounds (that is, where the user hasnt specified using a chip at all)

so for instance, a wildchip entry that is a bucket for a entry using a soundchip (like blueshift galaxy for example), is doesnt matter as such whether there are evident chip-like sounds or not since it can be trusted that the 2a03 and fds are capable of doing that. Its only if theres no known involvement of a soundchip that it seems to matter how obvious it is.
