SO I been having my phone ring off the hook.

It appears that there has been a programming glitch.

The programmer had wanted a cut-off time for uploading.

Unfortunately he put the wrong time in.

Currently he is not in access of the site, but sez he will fix the problem as soon as possible.

That's what you get for having a server out of the timezone! Correlating times is a PITA. (I never realized PITA was an acronym for pain in the ass before...)
