It's come time to think about retiring our beloved BotB IRC bot. Venerable BotBr Strobe created the bot we have today about 10 years ago. Let's do our best to make and rebuild all the functionality we utilize and adore! This project needs your help!!

If you want to hang out with the bot as it is now, it's hanging out in #botb_bot_test running off my home server. Currently, it has copied commands of the original BotB IRC bot such as ;battle, ;botbr & ;entry. That's right, it's using a semi-colon for a prefix. Maybe we can switch it to a bang (!) when we replace the old bot. OR WE COULD ARGUE ABOUT IT!!!

It's really coming along! I think we're about 50% done. I'm guessing we'll be testing in the main channel with a couple weeks. While this effort might seem slightly redundant, I'd like to thank everyone who has participated so far!! <3
