It would be nice to know when new posts appear on your profile.
Even though you probably go to your own profile page from time to time, new posts go at the bottom too, so you actually have to scroll down and look for them.
I would maybe suggest a top-of-page message that doesn't disappear until you visit your profile page? Or something else, anything, whatever. Would it be worth reversing the order of posts on profile pages so the new stuff is at the top where you'd see it? Or would that be too confusing?
