a very simple change i request: when a n00b opens their confirmation email link and the irc bot sends its "n00b CONfirmED" message, could the n00b's username possibly be followed by the url to their profile?

this would save BotBrs a few clicks/taps in heading over to the n00b's page to leave a welcome message.

as a member of the welcome committee i approve and think this would be useful

however sometimes the few extra clicks make it worth it
