Before work, yesterday, I added the "WHO's ON" box and managed to ruin the registration process. Got to the bottom of it.... it's fixed now.

as far as i remember that wasn;t a rate in any list i found for reading mp3 file headers...

i looked through the code and i saw 8 listed but if anything is off in the code it's not gonna work, or something,,,
try 32kbps - that looks rather golden
