Even though the battle time isn't 1h, the irc messages are still prefaced with OHB. I can't remember seeing a bug report thing about this so just making this a thing now. Very very low importance really but still a nice and small detail :))

one major issue right now is that one of the packages/modules relies on an older version of node and I'd like to get the whole thing up to date before fixing other things.... but really anyone can make a pull request that changes a simple string like OHB to XHB

...it shouldn't be too hard to add actual timers in the bot to give better messagings around countdown to battle periods beginning and ending
