he's just saying that html entries shouldn't need renders (i.e. should not be classed as audio in the entry browser)

yes; you go tit. when i go to the section of "missing render" we don't need HTML5z to be playbacked.

I'm fine with them being played back but I think more importantly there should be an "upload screenshot" feature. It'd be cool to have both.

i accept full responsibility for the new thread title, which i changed from:

The only unfortunate casualty that I can think of that would come from making it so that HTML5 n-trees cannot be listened is andres's gold-winning entry for the most recent game jam, which, for whatever joyous reason, works properly when I try to listen it or when it comes up in my favs playlist.

it's because you can upload renders for html5 entries just like you can for other entries that are treated as "audio" instead of "visual" or "other". also i truncated the thread title back to four words.

well... i've rendered gifs into audio before. i just figure there's no point since HTML5 is multimedia (interactive or not). :)

we have enough sixth graders in botb already... growley, if you're listening, take advantage of naming your songs and titles using intimate female anatomy until you get too old.
