So I mentioned in my description for 'Aviary' that I was also working on a wind quintet piece. I finished it a few days ago, so there's no live recording or anything (just a sibelius output), but I'd love to share it with everyone and hear people's thoughts anyway :)
It will (in theory) be performed in a few months.

This is lovely! Great job with the score, it really looks like a band score, idk, something about all these staccato quavers (could not find a better translation sorry ^^)

One thing I'm very curious about, is what kind of courses are you going to have next year? Cause I seriously thought about heading for a classical guitar music career at some point, and at that moment I had courses where you had to complete a Mozart string quartet or Bach, only knowing the first violin, these were great!
I also had a composition course but the teacher insisted on us not using anything borrowed from the tonal language, not even major chords, because we had to "develop our own language". Except I was 16 and I just wanted to learn how to compose smtg hat sounded nice... French educational system..

Anyway, I'm also curious to know how having a pretty solid style already will influence your learning experience! But in any case, I'm sure you will come back very enriched ^^
