Hey D34D, about that post you've rattled on my profile recently...

The way i vote on BotB entries is generally based on two factors: how much a particular song speaks to my personal taste, and how much effort went into it, composition/production wise, and the final score i give to it is usually kinda average of those two factors.

Even if some of your music didn't resonate with my taste (BTW i don't think i've ever said that i plain dislike your music, because i actually really dug some of your tracks), it pretty much always shined on technical side, so that's why i couldn't hold myself back from voting relatively high, because i appreciated the effort poured into making it (i'm a really lazy kind of person myself, so anything high-effort gets instant bonuses from me, lol)

Aside of my own opinions, the obvious thing is one can't please everybody, regardless of how "good" one's music was, or how much one tried and that's perfectly ok, since world would be a rather boring place if everyone had the exact same taste, no? What matters most is to do what you personally feel like doing, and don't give too much fuugs ;-)

I know you weren't _{<stupid_pun_lol>} d34d serious _{</stupid_pun_lol>} about it, but i felt like justifying myself a bit anyway ;)
