I could do some serious damage if I were to use Harmony Assistant, which can do distortion. However, I actually am not quite feeling it for either one of these... in Metal's case, it's a bit out of my league to get something more than just a sampled distorted guitar (unless you want me to go hog wild with the special effects through Harmony Assistant). In Produce Cover's case, I'm not in a remixing mood... I'm actually more interested in the reboot of VGMix, where I could return to remixing for fun for any video game material I desire (VGMix was the very first place that I released my music to anyone online, way back in 2004!). And I do have a bit of a remix frenzy within me... I've been remixing some of my own SNES tunes (not the Battle of the Bits entries) so that if I ever make a MSU-1 version, I have the enhanced tracks. I am very aware of a huge increase in filesize due to the requirement of 44,100hz stereo wav files. I would by default make the SPC-700 versions first.
