Yes, manually done:D

I made NSF file from "MML"(Music Macro Language).
I wrote reverse program about note and the volume.

for example...

*Note
(Normal) a b c d e -> (Reverse) e d c b a

*Volume Envelope
(Normal){5,4,3,2,1} -> (Reverse){1,2,3,4,5}
