I updated my server to ubuntu recently, so this finally works completely...
HELLO!!!
Did you ever want to join one of the many channelf ohbs (always, right?) but felt like the setup is too complicated for you? (maybe, right?)
well. there are no valid excuses for you anymore now!
I present to you: THE TOOL :: https://kleeder.de/tools/sleizsatrio/
it is very simple! (some people might say it is too simple (more on that later)
If you created your channelf track in an xm, simply dragdrop the xm onto the "upload file" area and hit the submit-button.
it will return a fresh .bin for you.
If you already have a .bin (your own from the previous step or maybe some others during a voting period) you can do the same again. dragdrop your .bin onto the file upload area. and now you can even put in a number on how many seconds of wav you want rendered (5 minutes (300 seconds) max, so none of you sillys try to render 5 hours of noise) - default is 120 seconds.
it will return a fresh .wav for you.
is this all you need?
in most situations ... yea.
but there are some tinier things it wont do:
- no error messages: if there are errors, it will just crash. figure it out on your own
- no changes to main.asm like different duty cycles. youre stuck with the defaults
- no other versions like duo or quartet
- probably something else i forgot
this tool is, like any other i did, very untested and might crash a lot. but most of my test cases went through - so thats a yay.
yay. :3
have fun and i hope this helps making channelf more accessable or easier to deal with during an ohb ~
