also called Mega Maker, it’s pretty self explanatory.

Going through and seeing these ZQuest entries, i was reminded of this program the other day. Essentially, picture Mario Maker for Mega Man, but wayyyy more feature heavy and interesting.
It has content from all the classic games, as well as some other lesser-known and even demade content from the non-NES style games as well.
Installation is also free.
Levels are saved as a .mmlv format file in your local appdata and can actually be copied and saved into other people’s files, so that would be submission file type. Also, you can use this site for visualization and/or rendering of levels, as it has a built-in .mmlv viewer to let you see the stages and download an image file of them.
I dunno, but seeing all these mapping formats i think this could be pretty sick, especially considering the simplicity of the program.
