I was having problems connected on the local db so I went to production and copied the default palette to row 0, but it overwrite the whole table. My last backup was a couple weeks ago.
You will notice that newly created palettes are blankish resulting in default browser styling. These will remain like that until someone creates a palette with that id number.
TL;DR - All palette creations and edits for the past two weeks are gone. 👹
