I managed to get the "close compo" url and used the battle ID when calling it to get it off the front page and to get the irc log to stop.

After thinking about it a bit I realized the reason the checks weren't there because it would break OHB submissions, but that must've been before I started entering XXX bug comments in the code. It's there now. Basically, I need to make it so OHBs use the same submission form as Majors.
