You're a cat and your goal is to have fun!
That's basically it! Just play around with this little ball of wool~
You just need to push it to the needle at the end of the level.
Oh... and don't forget about the lava, cacti and puzzles o:

Additional Controls are displayed inside the game. We recommend to use your keyboard instead of a controller. Some inputs are only possible via keyboard (Resets, Musicbox-Selecter)!

It took me like 5 minutes of messing around in the first level until I realized what I was supposed to do lol. Nonetheless the wool gimmick is very unique and it's fun to play! Great amount of difficulty aswell, I love it. The twin towers room from World 5 was def my fav part of the game, took me a few tries heh.

Inspired by Azura's stream, here's a little speedrun thing as a result of two hours of practice.
The run is not entirely flawless, the execution is poor at times and I'm basically just showing off my favourite strats like juggling and midair-pulling here. So there's still much room for improvement. Definitely a fun game to run.

It's pretty nice to see someone speedrun the game!
I basically found the juggling when trying to get trough the levels as quickly as possible to get to test a new screen and i thought to myself "Hey, i should make a level out of this"

Damn, never trusting weeb hosting services again. Here's a permanent one.
Also I just noticed how the heavy keystroke recoil sound the mic picks up funnily resembles cats purring. It's like Katzun is trying to relax itself at the most intense moments :3
PS: For any speedrunners, you may wanna apply this custom patch. You just gotta replace lines from 1113 to 1118 with this code. This fixes the clunky jumping issue where you cannot pre-hold the jump button before landing to do another jump immediately (it doesn't fiddle with the physics, only improves the controls, but it's up to others to decide if using this counts as "cheating" or not). I PRESUME this is how it was originally intended to work from how the code was written, kleeder or Nimo, whoever wrote that part, can confirm whether this was correct or not. Note that you still cannot just hold down the button to do infinite jumps, you have to release it in the middle for it to be count as a whole new button press.
This is particularly useful in parts where you need to do multiple jumps in a rapid succession, like the third screen of the second level.
