- Yes, the software is based on a dream I had.
- The phone number is a blatant reference that all cultured people should understand.
- The IRC channel mentioned is actually real and you should join it.

The grant of license reminds me of the fact that Apple does not allow you to use iTunes to create nuclear weapons (yes this is actually in their license agreement for iTunes look it up).
