because thats a 24HB and goes beyond the scope of a 1,2 or 4HB - XHBs are meant to be tiny little things, some fire and forget kinda thing. start it, do it, move on. a whole day of minor battle creates bigger investment and dedication and goes beyond the scope of what XHBs are meant to be. it basically turns into a short major battle (as you can see here with advent calendar)

as long as you dont post-process it (apart from small tweaks like color correction)

Sweet! I've got a Canon Rebel that my dad has had for years in his shed, but it doesn't have a CR card, and I have no idea how to use it (definitely on my to-do list at some point, though).

Once I learn, I will definitely start using it for photography entries! I've been obsessed with the art since the 3rd grade haha!

just a general info: the bitpack period was a month after the format suggestion period and unrelated to it.
i specifically designed it that way to give myself (and now dami and me together) a lot of freedom when designing the schedule.

that means that any "suggested formats" during the bit period were completely ignored and all bitpacks were taken and re-assigned to formats and days were we thought they could work well.
if a bitpack ends up with the format it was suggested for, its pure coincidence.

Dang, I was about to take a box of color pencils that I hadn't used yet and draw something, but then I realized that I don't even have a sharpener T_T (They're new, so they come unsharpened :S).
