The battle is an allgear format, which means you can use any variety of instruments, samples, programs, etc. to make your entry. But specifically, the guy's voice from the MP3 provided being a feature in your song is absolutely required for your entry to be valid!!

Allgear battles with remixy bitpacks tell you to use both the bitpack and any other instruments you want to.
