Now i see the lowest vote no. is 13 and the highest is 19 votes ,thats why i think that we need a rule like " if you vote, then for all songs or dont vote".
I think its not to be fair to vote only for the personal favorite or other reasons.
perhaps it is possible to write a voting script that all songs without voting become automatically the mean value like 3 or 4 points, how sounds this ?

I am trying out a new vote tally system.
playa voting strength = number of playa votes / number of tracks
If somone votes on all tracks their voting strength = 100%.
If someone votes on only one track in this 32 track compo their vote strength = 3.125%.
This is some kind of effective compromise.
Was going to make it so you could change your votes up until voting period was over but had problems figuring out Aura handling with that.
Voting strength could also be affected by how many points a Playa has...?

I think its great that you are trying to find a fair voting system, it is hard as hell. I dont have so many suggestions yet though, more than that atleast people with insanely low vote frequency, (like 1-3) should definitely be weighted less in the final result.

So, why can we vote on past samples?
Does that do anything?

It changes the rating of the sample.
If I ever get off my lazy butt the 'sound database' will be searchable....
