I make pretty darn good snes music with c700, and I wanted to switch to furnace. I've used famitracker for a while so I am familiar with trackers.

What I can't understand are the weird instrument editors and envelopes in furnace. Can someone walk me through putting SNES reverb on a sample instrument and explain the envelopes?

the echo settings are in the "Chip Manager" tab. you can either toggle echo per-channel with 12xx, or you can use the "Special" macro in the instrument to set whether you want echo on or off (if you want it off, use this too, because it won't get reset if there's no macro at all)

the ADSR envelope values should be the same as in C700, but it offers you some different handlings of note releases - either of the "Effective" ones are perhaps the most standard
