so apparently i cant download TIAtracker because bitbucket acts stupid and i literally need to LOG IN to download it

I checked again and indeed, I don't see any download button as it's the case with github. However, there is a clone button that will give you the address of the repository to use if you are familiar with git (git clone https://bitbucket.org/kylearan/tiatracker.git).
If not, I just made a .zip archive containing the source code:
