woaowaowoaoa ITS A NEW FSOUND TOOL!!!!

This one normalizes your .fss file, so the only things remaining are:

- tempo commands
- Kick/Snare with their length
- Noise with length and volume
- Tone with length and volume

It converts loops, volume commands and removes comments and ;-separators (and probably some other things i forgot).
The code is a mess, im just happy its done. Might clean up the code later.
Python 3.9 as usual. You need to replace the filename in line 1 or rename your .fss to example.fss

update: i noticed there is actually unintentional behaviour in fsound when reading effect commands, which is getting removed with the normalizer, so you might not end up with the exact same output .wav
oh well... its still a good way to get rid of comments, loops and volume commands if u dont want them
