When I look at my faves page, I see them in the ordinary order

, which is most recently-favorited first. When I listen to them with the "listen favs" button, they're in a different order

, seemingly shuffled? I dunno if this is intentional. I know in the past I have listened to them in the same order as how they're shown in the faves page.

Is it new? It used to be that it would just play them in the standard order. I like the idea of them being shuffled, but I would really like that to be an option and not the Only Way.

just wanted to point out that it's not a browser bug, since it happens on both firefox and chromium (i decided to test it out because i have seen js sorting working on firefox but not chromium, depending on how wrong you do it)

yes its a new feature, probably added when puke added the templating system

yeah -- so at some point last year i rebuilt the player to use the api and templates which meant rewriting how all playlists were loaded

i'm surprised there has not been more hiccups

the botbr favorite playlist is now sorted by most recently added favorites to oldest favorited entries....

um.... this is slightly misleading tho because they're actually sorted by the favorite's autoincremented id number (when you listen to a single entry this record gets created / when you click 'add favorite' 5 gets added to the autofavorited counter guy)

at any rate... i think this is better than just sorting them by entry submission dates!
