It was released 2 days ago, it's called TTrak and can be downloaded here.
It's a beta version but sndh export is working. Interface based on Protracker so not too hard to handle without a manual (second thought: the instrument editor might need some time to fully understand). I tried it with Steem 3.2. Haven't explored it but maybe worth trying for your summer Chip's aym entry if you haven't started yours yet :) I would guess it compares to maxYmiser & MusicMon in terms of sound design possibilities. Some very interesting instruments examples.
