Timer runs roughly one minute slow compared to on-site timer. The two-minute warning comes roughly one minute before the submission time actually ends.

This is an issue because those following the irc timer (as most do) will often find that they are too late to make their submission by the time rendering/saving/anything else is done.

This only seems to happen sometimes, and i have no idea why yet.
it always seem to be exactly 1 minute difference when it happens though.

I have made 2 fixes now regarding the timing vs OHC.
If this happens again then let me know, then i will have to rethink of how the timing is actually done.
