heavily encourage you jump in on the discord / irc chat, especially if you're picking up furnace and have any questions - AND I'll bet if you ask around a bit, you can scare up someone willing to host a one hour battle (OHB) using the furnace-only format! That's the best way to get practice with a new tool imo.
Also, any other DAWs/trackers or software you're into? There is an EXTENSIVE list of formats to battle with!
