I almost would not believe this was gameboy if I didn't know better, haha. So many cool little sounds to tickle the eardrums. I like how vocal-esque the growly lead is.
Not a criticism, but I kinda feel like this is too busy to be really considered an ambient track. Although it definitely has a strong ambience to it, it also has a pretty strong rhythm, structure, and even melodies. I could see another more ambient version of this with less melody/harmony and more pure sound. But this version is cool too!
