I like it, but I feel like the sax lead got the real rough end of the downsampling deal. Had to be done as it's a 16k .. but... maybe a snes version would be, dare I say it, crisper?

i actually had some room to spare in the IT, so i coulda downsampled the sax not-so-much... but i am lazy and i like things with sharp edges :~)

edit harder: i realized that i'd written code that reads IT modules, so i used that to calculate the "optimal" sample rate that would keep the file size under 16 KiB. but you know what? this version actually sounds better.

A bit unfocused perhaps, or it might just be me that ain't so sophisticated.

There is obvious skill in this. But even with the limitation of 16kb it is still a bit too short.

Hell, who's perfect all the time? :P

All in all, with the restrictions in place, it's a fair tune and will be scored as such. ;)
