Back in the day where my part of the country had chances for rain, my local weather radio station slipped up and replaced a Severe Thunderstorm Watch (SVA) message with a Public Information Statement (PNS) after it expired, and was in the broadcast cycle for a few hours. This exact statement is always issued by my local weather forecast office with an SVA, but is never aired on weather radio because there's enough preaching to the choir already.
