Robbi, in case you don't understand, Pannenkoek2012 is a YouTuber who has a virtually encyclopedic understanding of Super Mario 64. He has all these videos where he shows how you can get the star on such-and-such course without pressing the A button at all, and sometimes you can do it with a "half press," which is where the A button is pressed before the course begins and then held until some crucial moment where releasing it is advantageous somehow. It's a bunch of stuff for nerds.
