Here is my contribution to this year's winter chip. I used 4 Namco 163 channels and MMC5 expansion. Hope you 'lose yourself' to this track.

Sorry to say this, but it's mixed/rendered so badly that i can barely hear anything without cranking the volume to the top :(

To be completly honest I've never really had much experience with mixing and whenever i've tried i can't seem to get it.

I really like this track, has a really nice vibe

also for the people who find it too quiet, this should be louder

un-peaklimited + volume knob will always sound better than chopping off the peaks to save you the effort ahead of time. there's literally (more information) == (more detail and clarity) pumping through your speakers when you don't chop the balls off with a limiter

cool tune btw

for the record, i think the mix in this is very nice. master volume adjustment is part of 'mastering', not 'mixing'

edit: except for the snare. the snare is p muddy and would benefit from some more harmonics in the upper mids / highs, but you can only get so much out of dpcm

edit 2: nice chord changes

edit 3: you don't have to limit this to make it louder either; the peak dBFS is -9 lol

Once again this is sooo great. I love the rnb vibes, soo guuud. I feel like you should convert this to pop/radio instruments and get a sick RnB vocalist to go nuts on it. 7/7

Idk what number of return I am on. This is one of those that seems to never get old if you don't outlisten the crud of it :D
Smooth vibes
